For the Goddess Kali Ma Purification Ritual Maiden will place knives (one for each in Circle) in a cauldron of wet mud under the altar. Place one Goddess Oil on the Altar for all in Circle.

Story of Goddess Kali Ma

High Priestess

This will be one of the hardest lessons of enlightenment. The purification of the ethereal strings that tie us to what is not ours to control. The aging parent, the sick child, the brother or sister who spirals out of control, the good friend who believes differently, the greed of others and the untruth that unfolds around us. For after all we are spirits trying to live as humans.

The greatest gift of Goddess is our life and the right of others to live their life. Now saying that we open up a whole new phase in understanding. In our never-ending cycle of life, death and rebirth, souls carry forth memories of lessons left unfinished or yet to be learned from past lives. Yes we are connected in the physical aspect of family and loving, but each soul is still it’s own identity only born of us or we of them as vessels manifesting onto our human plane.

It’s hard to look at a sick child and witness their suffering as it is an old person preparing to say goodbye to life as they know it. Even the friend who in your heart trespasses against Goddess, in truth anger is at them truly in not agreeing to be saved as you see it. As loving spirits it is only natural we would want to consume what we feel is not empowering them. This is to no avail for even the youngest and oldest spirit living upon our life plane has free will fueled by memories and lessons of their past and present. To share the light or mirror the light of the Goddess through strength of understanding rather than control through ego is not simple but it is the way of the Goddess. This is not to say we do not have responsibilities as a parent, friend, child of or neighbor but to know balance of caring against control is a very ongoing lesson on our path. So this brings us full circle to there are 2 ways of spreading the light of the Goddess – “to be the candle or the mirror that reflects it”. Very confusing when it comes down to it but the truth of the matter –You in your authentic self of wisdom of the SPIRAL of Life – in respect to the life path of others – is living true to the cycle of the Goddess.

We are taught to think of others, caring and sharing; but to think of self is selfish. Well in the real world this is confined to family/close friends and in some case run short even there. But in the authentic world of living in the light of Goddess by caring for yourself first you truly are stronger and wiser in the true sense of Goddess to better love the path of another, be they child, parent, friend or neighbor.

In our lesson of caring for self let us acknowledge the strings on the ethereal level that connect us to everything we choose to be connected to. Let us examine the attachments and review their structure. Or they authentic of our Goddess in reflection of Her Spiral of Life or are they in denial and wrapped in ego and control. This my friend I agree is not an easy question to answer in true balance but no less is the question we stand before Goddess Kali to endear.

When there were neither the creation, nor the sun, the moon, the planets, or the earth, when the darkness was enveloped in darkness, then the Mother, the Formless One, Maha Kali, the Great Power, was one with the Maha Kala, the Absolute.

Close your eyes and feel the weight of the ties that bind you to the life you have created and the life that has been created around you by others. Be in the in the now not in what could have been. Look at your choices, see them as ribbons, different sizes and colors, all connecting you to your life as you know it.

The larger ribbons are habits colored for what they signify in your life. Habits that keep you from becoming healthy and vibrant. Habits that rule your choices and keep you tied in repetition of what does not work. Look at these ribbons of your life and know them for what they are.

Now see smaller ribbons flowing in and out of the thicker ribbons, some not connected but swirling in beautiful colors freely around the shadows sparkling light into the darkness. These tiny ribbons are ribbons of hope and are filled with the rainbow-colored promises of the Goddess. Tiny ribbons that keep you reaching for enlightenment and the paradise you know in your heart exist in this lifetime. These tiny ribbons or filled with unexplored possibilities of a stronger sanctuary of self for you and others alike who’s life you are in attachment to. These tiny ribbons flow freely but often their path is blocked by the darker thicker ribbons of habit and repetition.

Now look at the larger ribbons again, They do not belong here. Their shaded colors are fueled by fear and control, guilt and denial of Goddess, their strength and thickness grow from proven paths of habit of how it has always been. They are self-imposed habits of repetitive action and reaction to situations in your life you are unable to accept in the true light of Goddess.

Look deeply at the thick ribbons and recognize them. Know they are tied tightly binding and holding you down as if tied to a rock. Look deeply at the ribbon that binds and give face to what grows at the end. When you are ready open your eyes and join your sisters in our Circle’s work of purification.

Summoner

I am the dance of death that is behind all life the ultimate horror the ultimate ecstasy I am existence.
I am the dance of destruction that will end this world.
The timeless void the formless devouring mouth I am rebirth.
Let me dance you to death Let me dance you to life.
Will you walk through your fears to dance with me?
Will you let me cut off your head and drink your blood?
Then will you cut off mine?

Behold, the day of the Legions of Kali Ma has come! Not the dark of Goddess Kali, but the light of the Great Kali Ma! Goddess Kali Ma the beloved, grants strength of passage to all that seek.

Pass around mud, all will paint face and body in honor of Goddess Kali

Crone

Beloved daughters who embrace me, embrace now the living Sacred Fire of self for you must march forward and sing the song of life. Face the Light my daughters and never look back at regret of what is not to be.

Pass around knives, all will anoint their knife and attune it to self with Goddess Kali Oil.

High Priestess

Beloved daughters, I AM the Fiery Vortex of Self . I AM the Divine Mother and I have come for the liberation of the Light and the Light bearer! It is time my Daughters cut away that which spoils the harvest. Let the cry of Goddess Kali Ma give victory to the battle.

Beloved daughters do not tarry in the cups of the evil doer but let the Light be harvested that the evil may be bound. That which can be harvested must be harvested so the crops do not wait in the fields lest the shadows come and spoil them.

Beloved daughters cut away the Ribbons of Light flowing attachment to the ethereal spheres of lost causes. Take the best and leave the rest. Claim the harvest of self and leave the rest wait for the dissolution of worlds.”
All shall envision the ribbons of shadow and ego and symbolically cut them away.
